COACHING PHILOSOPHY

Success in soccer comes with hard work and involves small steps focused on the technical, psychological, physical and tactical development of each player and team. In a competitive, goal-oriented environment, we will work together to perfect our skills and develop life qualities such as resiliency, leadership, confidence and trust that will benefit the student athletes’ personal growth. Finally, my goal is to help young women in their pursuit of becoming collegiate level players by offering broad coaching and training experience, strong athletic and educational credentials and a passionate attention to detail.
